A few of weeks ago, we announced our newest application, the nebumind anomaly dashboard. It’s a generic, simple but powerful tool that brings quick benefit in terms of process stability to different departments and in different manufacturing processes.
What does the anomaly dashboard do?
For each manufactured component, nebumind’s anomaly dashboard displays deviations from previous manufactured components or predefined reference components. It shows at a glance, which process parameters contain anomalies, where these anomalies are located, how severe they are, and how often they occurred.
What’s the benefit and whom is it for?
- Pre-Development – faster parameter development due to higher process transparency
- Production – less scrap due to immediate notification of process deviations
- Production Planning – higher production flexibility due to faster optimization of production machines
- Maintenance – lower risk of quality defects after maintenance or replacement of hardware due to faster process verification
