Listen to a podcast with Caroline on closed loop factories and nebumind’s role in it

23/09/2022

Caroline talked about this exciting topic with Johannes Pohl in his podcast series ‘Business unplugged’ and explained how the nebumind software makes production data easily available and useable for automated quality control and manufacturing process optimization. Tune in!

How long will it be before the Closed Loop Factory becomes a reality?

Johannes Pohl

Many research institutions and companies are working on this topic, which allows production data to be continuously recorded and fed back into the production process in real time. Some of these projects focus on individual machines and others on entire process chains. Munich-based start-up nebumind has developed a location-based database for this purpose, enabling companies to run productions of the highest quality with the greatest possible flexibility.

Caroline Albert, CEO and co-founder of nebumind talked to me in the latest episode of Business unplugged about how they ensure transparency on quality issues along the entire process chain by using location stamps instead of time stamps, and what the future of production – keyword Closed Loop Factory – looks like.

An episode for all production, quality and data enthusiasts among you. It’s worth a listen!
