We are excited to be part of the Open House Day at Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme GmbH on Thursday, 30.09.21, where we will present our inline process and quality control tool for the milling process, a joined development with Hufschmied.
Hufschmied provides its SonicShark sensor that measures the vibration on the workpiece. nebumind visualizes the data as a digital component twin. Anomalies in the vibration data can be located and evaluated. The tool is to be used both as inline monitoring and as a predictive maintenance application.
